You have an idea, but not a precise brief yet
We help you decide what the first version of the product must include, what can wait, and how we will both know the result has served its purpose.
A senior team for SaaS and business applications
For companies that need to build a new SaaS or business product, deliver a self-contained module, or safely take over and modernise an existing application.
From product design through development and testing to deployment. You do not need a finished technical specification.

Customer experience
“They onboarded the entire team within three weeks, and after just seven weeks the result was visible in delivered functionality.”
“Across three projects with different technologies, they always got up to speed quickly, adapted and contributed right away.”

“They kept to their time and cost estimates and handed over the functionality exactly as we had agreed.”
When working together makes sense
We do not start with technology. First we need to see the current situation, the change you expect and the boundaries we have to work within.
We help you decide what the first version of the product must include, what can wait, and how we will both know the result has served its purpose.
We take responsibility for a self-contained part of the product – from design and integration through to testing and deployment.
First we establish its actual state. Then we pick the smallest change that improves stability, further development or operations.
Selected case studies
For every case study we separate the starting situation, our responsibility and the impact. We label the goals of the brief differently from the results actually achieved.

View case studyWhat we deliver
We provide custom development of web and SaaS products. Idealine is accountable for the whole agreed deliverable — you do not have to coordinate an analyst, developers, testers and deployment separately.
New product
From the initial idea through UX and technical design to a deployed application that is ready for further development.
Extension
A clearly bounded part of an existing product with a defined purpose, interface and acceptance criteria.
Modernisation
We take over the knowledge of the solution, name the risks and prepare the first change that delivers verifiable progress.
A fixed price without guesswork
Before delivery starts, you need to know what will be built, how we will recognise a finished result, how much it will cost and when it will be ready. Our delivery projects start at CZK 300,000; we set the exact price based on the confirmed scope.
Product design
We clarify the goals, user needs, scope of the first version, integrations, key screens and acceptance criteria.
Output: design, schedule and delivery priceProduct delivery
We develop, test and deploy according to agreed milestones. You verify working parts as we go, rather than waiting for a surprise at the end.
Output: a deployed and accepted productHow we work
When the understanding of a problem is passed along through several separate roles, the original need can get lost on the way. That is why the people who build the product also understand why it is being built.
We clarify the expected change, the users and the constraints.
We choose the shortest safe step towards a verifiable result.
We spend most of our time on a specific, working output.
We check quality continuously, not just before handover.
We incorporate new findings before they turn into an expensive change.
Accountability
We consider a solution done only once it has been handed over to the customer, presented and put to real use. With a product, our true goal is the real value it brings to the customer and to their clients.
Technical quality is a given for us. Depending on the nature of the solution, it includes code review, automated and manual testing, security, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer. It is equally a given that we flag, in good time, any risks that could affect price, deadline or quality.
The people behind the outcome
You are not working with an anonymous agency. You know who makes decisions with you, who oversees the technical design and who is accountable for the quality of delivery.

AI in our delivery
We use it where it speeds up analysis, verification and repetitive work. Every important decision and every delivered output remains under the control of an experienced person.
A good partnership
If you only need an individual developer managed by your in-house team, a different type of cooperation will probably suit you better.
Frequently asked questions
Clear boundaries of cooperation help protect your budget, your deadline and the future of your product.
We start with a separate product design phase. We set the delivery timeline only once the scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria are confirmed. For larger products we work in milestones, so you can accept and verify working parts as we go.
We first assess the new requirement together. We show its impact on scope, price and deadline, and start the change only after your decision. That keeps the original agreement predictable.
Your data remains yours. The handover of source code, documentation and rights to the work created is defined precisely in the contract and the delivery scope, so the product stays under your control in the long term.
Depending on the scope, it includes deployment, technical and user documentation, handover of access and knowledge, and joint verification of the acceptance criteria. Handover is not a one-off delivery of files at the end.
Yes, if that is part of the agreement. During the design phase we clarify the warranty, operational responsibility, support, response times and how further development will work, so you are not left without continuity after deployment.
We do not sell individual hours or a standalone developer. The smallest meaningful starting point is a product design or a technical audit of a complete product or module whose outcome we can take responsibility for. Our delivery projects start at CZK 300,000.
The first step
You do not need to prepare a technical brief. Tell us about your current situation, who the product should help and what outcome you need to achieve.
