Below we explain how we handle the data you send us through the contact form or by e-mail, or share with us while discussing a possible cooperation.

Who processes the data

What data we use

We process the data you provide to us yourself: in particular your name, company, e-mail or phone number, the content of your message and other information needed to assess your plans. During normal operation of the website, technical systems may also briefly record essential operational data, such as the IP address and the time of the request.

Why and for how long we keep the data

We use the data to respond to your enquiry, for follow-up communication and to take steps prior to potentially entering into a contract. If no cooperation comes about, the legal basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in protecting our rights and operating the website securely. We keep ordinary communication only for as long as needed to conclude the discussions and protect legitimate rights, and no longer than three years from the last contact. We keep data longer only where a legal obligation requires it or where a contractual relationship continues.

Who may receive the data

The data is accessible only to the people handling your enquiry and to vetted providers of technical operations, hosting and e-mail services. We do not sell the data or use it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, to object to processing or request data portability. If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Cookies and traffic measurement

This website does not use marketing cookies or advertising profiling. We choose the page language based on your browser settings; if you switch the language manually, we store that choice only in your browser (localStorage) and it is not sent anywhere. We measure traffic with Umami in cookieless mode — it stores no identifiers on your device, does not process the IP address in a form that would allow a visitor to be identified, and produces only aggregate statistics (visit counts, sources, pages viewed). If we add further analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this information and, where the law requires it, offer you a choice before they are activated.
