What they take responsibility for
Radek is a senior developer focused primarily on React, TypeScript and the architecture of modern SPAs, with substantial reach into .NET/C#, REST APIs and system integrations.
Since 2019 he has been involved in developing cloud and SaaS solutions at Idealine. He has worked on electronic invoicing systems, SAP Business One and Sage X3 integrations, the ClaimMentor application and applications using RAG and generative AI.
He has experience both in building standalone products and in working on large international SaaS platforms developed by teams of more than 200 people across several time zones.
His strength lies not only in implementing screens, but above all in the ability to design an application's structure, break a problem down into maintainable components and connect the frontend with the backend and surrounding systems.
At Idealine he works on SaaS applications, where he connects a high-quality user interface with the technical design of the whole solution.

- Experience with enterprise applications developed over the long term
- Ability to take technical ownership of a larger part of the solution
