David connects customer needs, the way the business operates and the technical solution. At Idealine he is responsible for requirements analysis, application functionality design and coordinating the developers involved, so that delivery heads towards a clear and usable result.
He has more than ten years of experience in digitalisation, IT processes and the adoption of cloud services. He has worked on optimising how IT departments operate, process readiness assessments, outsourcing evaluations and change management in organisational transformations.
With a background in consulting, product management and running a business, he is able to combine a technical view with operational and commercial context when designing a solution.
