Miroslav concentrates on backend, algorithms and technically demanding integration work. He can also quickly find his way around an inherited application and gradually make it clearer without unnecessary risk to live operation.
In implementation he emphasises testability, documentation and a clear code structure. This helps the team build on it safely with further changes.
Keeps complex technical parts readable, testable and ready for the team to develop further.
