Marek Dedecius

Marek connects worlds that are often handled separately – strategy, people and technology.

He draws on more than twenty years of experience in software development, product design, solution architecture and end-to-end delivery. Today he applies the same way of thinking to product and technology strategy, AI transformation and the coaching of individuals and teams.

His work begins where the situation is complex, the direction is unclear or an important decision has to be made. Together we look for insight. We clarify where we are and where we want to get to. We give complexity a structure, find a path and break it down into manageable steps.

In technology, he helps define product direction, designs architecture and turns complex requirements into solutions that can actually be built. In AI, he works with companies to find ways in which technology genuinely changes their products, processes and ways of working.

When working with people and teams, he takes a coaching approach. He creates a safe space for thinking, open communication and good decisions. His aim is not to hand people answers, but to help them gain insight, find their own direction and take ownership of it.

Idealine is where these areas meet in practice. Marek remains part of real technology delivery, so neither strategy nor coaching is detached from the reality of development and of how teams work.
