Digital insurance claims handling in a multi-tenant SaaS

A single solution connects scheduling the meeting, communication with participants, the Zoom video call, its recording, the transcript and an AI summary for the claims adjuster.
Starting point
What needed to change
A claims adjuster needs to agree a date with several participants, hold the remote meeting securely and then work with its content. Besides calendars and scheduling conflicts, the system has to retain the recording, make it available in the right claim and keep the data of individual organisations separate.
Our responsibility
How we approached the solution
We designed a multi-tenant domain model of the entire process. We connected scheduling and calendars with Zoom video calls, capture and playback of the recording, speech-to-text conversion and a summary that gives the adjuster a clear view of the key information from the meeting.
